We all know the problems we have faced with such a rapid technological evolution: loneliness, anxiety, loss of community, the inability to make eye contact with strangers, genuine connection--the list goes on. These problems are so big, we aren’t able to talk about them through an actionable lens. And, by not talking about it, we cannot understand it; without understanding it, we cannot make changes. At the heart of my story is a desire to understand how people relate to these themes, and the beautiful ways they attempt to achieve balance.
